“Life: The Most Serious Game You Will Ever Play.”

Hello! Thanks for visiting! This is my personal website/blog, and my name is Avery K. Tingle. Welcome. I consider myself a realistic optimist, I try to think positively (most of the time) and I’m amazed at how things always work themselves out, even if it’s not how you expected them too. That’s what you’ll get here.

I’m a writer, trying to become a full-time author. Aside from numerous flash fiction, I write a story entitled Universal Warrior. For the time being, the story is told on this website. If you like what you read, you may want to consider becoming a fan on Facebook.

This is my blog, and I tend to write about the following;

–Life: I look at life as the most serious game you ever play. I love to people-watch and I try to learn from every single person I come across. I think the world would function must better if we attempted to understand one another instead of suppressing what we don’t understand. I live out loud and I try to laugh every day. This is how I make sense of it all. You can read about almost anything here, but you can get a better sense as to what you’re in for by seeing the About Me page.

–The Writing Process: Most of my spare time is devoted to becoming a full-time author. This is what I’ve learned along the way, and how it’s all going.

–The Multi(Media) Journal: I love video games, movies, graphic novels, superheroes, books, Star Wars, and everything that makes me categorically a nerd. This is my take on all of them.

–Type 2 Diabetes: I’ve been dealing with it for ten years. This is how I manage it. You also find my advice on keeping in shape here.

I hope to keep you entertained, feel free to comment, thanks for reading! Look for updates every week!
