Bio: The circumstances of Lihua’s mortal end are unknown. She was sentenced to one year in Purgatory before being allowed into Heaven; after that, she took up residence in Isobella Flats. Lost and trying to reclaim something from her former life, Lihua continued training in Tai Chi; her practicing garnered the attention of some of the citizens, and she began training them. During this time, she also became close to Angelica St. Mihr, who helped her acclimate to Heaven.
Lihua becomes involved in the Atherean Sea investigation at Angelica’s request. Although she doubts that she can be effective, Lihua is grateful to Angelica for all of her help and cannot refuse the invitation.
