Atherean Defenders

It is the year 496. Five years have passed since the Great Divide. Yin, former queen of Heaven, has not been heard from since her exile to the southern lands. Although most of Heaven has not yet returned to normal, most are grateful that centuries of political infighting seem to have drawn to a close.

One morning, three children go playing over the Atherean. Only one comes home. Her final revelation tells of dark forces lurking in the ocean; something unknown and hungry now resides in Heaven’s largest body of water.

Four Angels are assembled in secret to investigate the massacre. What they discover is something horribly beyond their comprehension, hailing from the unknown Southern Lands, not bound by the laws of Heaven and eager to continue their conquest of the Atherean.

The discovery will give name to a place that will become synonymous throughout the Universe with eternal torment, and ignite a war that will ultimately be fought, and decided, in our world.
